The private holiday home "Ferienhaus Wieser" is located centrally in the small village Niedernsill in the valley of Salzburg. In a quiet surrounding the apartement house offers accomodation for 6 to 10 persons. Spend your winter vacation or your summer holidays in the Austrian Alps, close to the famous holiday destinations Kaprun and Zell am See. Niedernsill is surrounded by a great number of ski resorts in winter and some nice lakes and hiking areas in summer.
The modern holiday home offers:
- 3 bedrooms - with king-size beds and sofa-bed
- Every bedroom is equipped with its own bathroom (with shower and toilet)
- Kitchen with common room - equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils, kitchen ware, glasses, pots, pans and the following electric appliances: refrigerator with freecer, stove with oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, water boiler, filter coffee maker.
- Small patio with seats and table.

- Internet for free (WIFI)
- Winter: Storage room for skis and skiing boots with boots dryer
- Parking lots for 3-4 cars.
