Rates 2022/23

Prices are the daily rates at the respective number of persons in EURO and including VAT. Minimum daily rate equals to the 6 persons rate (even if less people stay in the house). Children under the age of 6 are free. Children aged 6 and older count as adult. Changes and mistakes possible. 

The following additional costs are added to the above-mentioned rates: 

• € 1,10 local tax (per person/per night)
• € 100 deposit (is payed back when holiday home is left behind in its original condition)
• € 150 flat rate fee for final cleaning
• Sauna Coins € 5 per coin (allows saune usage for 1 hrs)

Zahlungsmodalitäten & Stornobedingungen

• For a binding booking the total price has to be payed as pre-payment. (bank transfer).
• Cancellations can only be accepted in written form. For cancellations and advanced departures the regulations of the Austrian Hotel Businesses apply.

Arrival/Departure

• On arrival day the holiday home Wieser is available from 3 p.m. 
• On departure day we kindly ask you to leave the holiday home before 10 a.m.
• Generally we offer the holiday home for bookings of at least 2 nights. During holiday times the minimum stay might increase to up to 7 nights minimum.
